Delivery and Returns
Most pieces are in stock and will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 3 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be despatched in 2-3 weeks.
If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact us and and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.
All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt. You will recieve an email containing the tracking number once the parcel has been despatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.
Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.
Your jewellery will be packaged safely and securely in a jewellery box and delivered in a padded envelope.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform us of your intention to return goods in writing by email.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund (minus the cost of postage and packaging).
Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
