As each piece is handmade, it can very. Some pieces I have in stock so I can post them the same or next day, others I make to order. Please let me know if you have a specific date you need your jewellery to arrive by as I will always try to accommodate this and will let you know straight away if I can't.
Free VIP postage is sent Royal Mail Recorded delivery 1st Class, if you would like to guarantee next day delivery (once your jewellery is made) please choose this option at checkout. See full delivery information here

Yes certainly. As long as the item is unworn we can certainly swap it for another item or give you a refund. See our full refund policy here
Yes, gift vouchers are a great idea and can be purchased here in a number of denominations. We send you a code via email so great for a last minute or long distance gift.
No, discount codes are only for physical products.
Yes certainly! There is a text box at checkout so just let me know what you would like your message to be, or drop me a quick email
Certainly. All Kokkino jewellery comes in a box, tied with a ribbon and wrapped in tissue paper, but if you would like an item giftwrapping just let me know at checkout.

All members of the VIP list get free postage, which is send via signed for 1st class or special delivery depending on the price of the item - sign up to the VIP list here

Yes, I can ship anywhere. International postage is £14

Yes, if you can’t see the colour you need, perhaps you want to match a particular outfit, then please get in touch as this may be possible. There are many shade of enamel available, although unfortunately it is not quite like paint where you can match any shade.

That depends on so many variables, it's always a good idea to get in touch as soon as possible and leave as much time as you can. We always do our best to accommodate a deadline and will let you know right away whether a date is possible or not.
Yes, many of my designs can be adapted for clip on or screw-type fixings. Please get in touch if you'd like to commission a pair
Yes, all of my designs come in a variety of chain lengths but please get in touch if you can't see what you need. That's the beauty of handmade!
Yes, I can make rings to any size or half size. Some unique gemstone rings are more difficult to resize, but please get in touch and I can certainly help.
It’s always best to get your finger or a ring measured rather than guessing or using a piece of paper or string! Most jewellers are happy to do this if you pop in or If you like we can send you a free ring sizer, just get in touch to let us know your details.
Yes, all our diamonds and gemstones are from reputable and ethical suppliers and are conflict free.
Yes, all silver and gold we use is recycled, which means it conforms to the same high standards but is sourced and refined using no newly mined materials. All pieces of the required weight are hallmarked at Sheffield Assay Office.
Kokkino is the Greek word meaning red. I chose it as I wanted a vibrant name for my business to reflect the colourful nature of my work.
I am based near Loughborough, Leicestershire.
Most of my collections are made from recycled sterling silver and vitreous enamel, although I also work in gold and use precious and semi-precious gemstones.
Enamel is a very fine layer of glass which is fused onto the surface of the silver in a kiln heated to around 1000 degrees c. A full blog post about the process is coming soon.
Yes, I only used sterling 925 silver.
